• Recipients should have had a direct and significant impact on the representation and experiences of underrepresented individuals in social/personality psychology and/or the broader community. 
• Individuals may self-nominate or be nominated by others.

• A bulleted list that describes how the nominee fits the criteria for this award
• OPTIONAL: Letters of support from up to three individuals (e.g., student mentees, colleagues) who are in a position to speak to the nominee’s qualifications for the award.
• Nominee's current vita in electronic format.
